Today, we are going to discuss some simple ways that can help you through your exam stress and help you cope up with them.
1) Anxiety And Restlessness : This situation can be easily minimised and if you have a good control you can even come out of it completely. All you have to do is get a glass of water, a paper and a pen.
Drink the glass of water relax for a moment. When you feel a little relaxed, pick up your pen and paper. Write your current status on it, i.e write down how much you are already prepared for the exam, lessons you have already done, chapters you have already finished. Then write down the remaining lessons and chapters for the exam.
Then devise a time table for doing the remaining lessons and chapters and set time for your revision as well.
Make sure that your time of revision comes atleast 24 Hours before the exam time. This will keep you relaxed because you know all your preparation is going to end way before time.
2) Broken Sleeps And Dreams – Take a bath before you sleep. Taking a bath before bedtime helps lessen the tiredness of the day and refreshes you allowing you to have a good sleep.
Find out whats the best bed time drink for you. Some people sleep peacefully if they have a cup of coffee before sleeping while some find themselves wide awake. So whatever drink is soothing to you, have it before you sleep.
When you lay in bed waiting for the sleep to slowly hover you, try to think positive. Think about the timetable you just made and focus on the 24 hours free time before exam.
3) Stress - You can actually control stress if you try to keep monitoring your status in preparation. Keep a check on the timetable and as much as possible try to stick to it. When you are going as per the schedule you’ve made, you wont be thinking much about it thus leaving you with less stress.
4) Lack of concentration – Most students find themselves totally lost while studying. No matter how hard they want to concentrate, they seem to lose concentration.
First, Understand your Stamina. How long can you concentrate on your study continuously? 10 min? 20 min? 30 min? 1 Hour? 2 Hours? 5 Hours?
Once you know your Stamina time, take a 5 to 10 mins breaks after it. So if you can study for 15 mins with full concentration, have a break of 5 mins after that and then continue your studies.
Within those 5-10 mins break, avoid listening to music or anything strong as they will form an impact in your mind and will keep coming up when your studying. The best break is to relax yourself on a comfortable sofa and watch clear sky or pictures of nature or greenery. They help to refresh your mind.
Here is a little trick you can do.
Keep your favorite movie out. Yes you heard me right. What you have to do is keep your favorite movie out in front of the TV. Promise yourself that ones you finish your ” Assigned” lessons of the day (as per the schedule you made), you will watch that movie.
So its like if you have 3 chapters to finish in a day, promise yourself that after you’ve done those 3 chapters, you’l watch your favorite movie. This will motivate you to complete your course of the day. After you do so and watch your favorite movie, revise once again all that you have studied in the entire day and then go to bed.
But make sure that you do not carried away from the movie and start watching it before completing the tasked studies. Remember, everyday is important and you have a schedule to keep up.
5) Feel Of Loss Of Memory – This is a natural state so rather than thinking about it, just stick to your schedule and try to finish it up on time. Whatever you are studying is there inside your brain. Its just a fear, nothing more and less.
Specially when you have the question paper in your hands, you feel BLANK. But dont worry. Just start writing and soon as you do everything will start coming back to you.
Some quick tips to Overcome Exam Stress :
1) Avoid listening to songs as they keep rolling in your mind.
2) Avoid having drinks that make you sleep while your studying.
3) Have a healthy light diet because heavy food makes you lazy and sleepy.
4) Keep all your notes ready well in advance before starting preparations.
5) Don’t rush to study. Give everything enough time.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your
site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content
so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
